1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using MyRecipe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
MyRecipe is a recipe management application that allows you to save, organize, and manage recipes. The App offers both free and premium features through in-app subscriptions.
3. User Accounts
Anonymous use: You can use the App without creating an account. Your recipes are stored locally on your device.
Sign in with Apple: If you choose to sign in with Apple for cloud sync, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
MyRecipe offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:
- Monthly subscription
- Annual subscription
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: All purchases are handled by Apple. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of all recipes and content you create in the App. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you import.
When importing recipes from external sources (websites, social media), you should respect the original creator's copyright and terms of use.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
- Upload malicious content or viruses
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. Recipe nutritional information is estimated and should not be used for medical purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be notified through the App or via email.
